چکیده
The concept of “killing two birds with one stone” is illustrated in the image. Clickable lanthanide molecular probes are drawn as arrowheads and imaging methods NIRF SIMS shown eagles, silhouettes which composed elements from near-infrared fluorescence mass spectrometry images, respectively. Dual-modal NIRF-SIMS has been achieved these clickable probes, reported by Yao Zhao, Xing Chen, Jun-Long Zhang et al. their Research Article (e202208707).

MAC it happen : Presented is a study of the synergistic structuredirecting effect of metal–amine complexes (MACs) with different chelating polyamine ligands and imidazolium-based ionic liquid (IL) cations. For the first time, a layered selenidostannate with an asymmetric eight-membered ring, an organic-decorated layered selenidostannate, and a 3D selenidostannate with both the MAC and IL cation...
متن کاملMolecular probes for fluorescence lifetime imaging.
Visualization of biological processes and pathologic conditions at the cellular and tissue levels largely relies on the use of fluorescence intensity signals from fluorophores or their bioconjugates. To overcome the concentration dependency of intensity measurements, evaluate subtle molecular interactions, and determine biochemical status of intracellular or extracellular microenvironments, flu...
متن کاملHomogenous M13 bacteriophage quantification assay using switchable lanthanide fluorescence probes.
We have developed a rapid and reliable bacteriophage quantification method based on measurement of phage single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) using switchable lanthanide chelate complementation probes. One oligonucleotide probe contains a non-fluorescent lanthanide ion carrier chelate and another probe is labeled with a light absorbing antenna ligand. Hybridization of the non-fluorescent complementation...

BACKGROUND New cancer treatments are being developed that exploit the molecular pathology of the disease; however, for the optimal use of these new treatments, functional imaging probes are required to: image the molecular pathology of the cancer noninvasively in order to select the most effective treatment, demonstrate that the drug is reaching the tumour and interacting with its intended targ...
